What types of returns do we accept?
We accept returns for damaged items, and in case you are not satisfied with your purchase.
How can you return products?
In case you are not satisfied with your purchase the return is organised by us: we take care of both the shipping and the choice of courier. It is necessary that the goods are brought to street level to proceed with the return.

How will I receive the return labels?
We will send you the return labels immediately after having organized the shipment. We kindly ask you to download the PDF, print it out and hand-deliver it to the carrier.
How much time do you have to return a product?
The maximum limit is 30 days after delivery.
How should the product be presented for return?
The goods must be returned new, undamaged and in their original packaging.

What are the return costs?
In case of a defective product, the return is free of charge. If you are not satisfied with the product, the costs will be charged to you. Our Customer Service will inform you of the amount.
Do all of your products have a warranty?
Our products are covered by a 2-year warranty. In order for your rights to be exercised, the products must have been used correctly, with due diligence and in accordance with their intended use and the enclosed directions, and upon presentation of the purchase invoice.
