PAYMENT METHODS

The PayPal payment involves the use of your Paypal account. The charge will be made on your bank account or on the credit card linked to your Paypal account as per the methods set by the Company.
In case of failed payments, the order will be automatically canceled after 24 hours.

The following credit cards are accepted: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB and China UnionPay.

Credit card payments allow reliable, confidential and secure transactions thanks to SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

Should you be asked to enter the Smart 3D-Secure Code (a security code linked to credit card payments) and you don't have it at hand, try contacting your bank's customer service to activate it.

If you enter the 3D Secure Code but the words "payment failed" or "invalid payment" appear, try to contact your bank to make sure everything is correct. If indeed everything is correct, do not attempt a second transaction, but contact our Customer Service for a further check.

You can also pay via digital wallets.

Cash App Pay lets you pay for your purcase by scanning a QR code or through the Cash App.

If you are using a Mobile device, when selecting Cash Pay at checkout, you will be redirected to Cash App where you can follow the instructions to complete your transaction.

If you are purchasing from your desktop, you can hold your phone camera or Cash App's QR scanner over the QR code generated on your scree.

To pay your purchase, your stored balance will be used. If the balance is not enough to make your purchase, the payment will be charged to your linked debit card.

With Link, you can save various payment methods as well as your shipping and billing information.

For your purchases, you will be able to select your preferred payment method. You will need to enter your email address and check your phone number. Then all your saved card or bank details and addresses will be filled in automatically.

You can manage and modify all your information within your Link personal account.

When paying with Google Pay Wallet, at checkout it is necessary to confirm the transaction by accessing with your login details.

If you are using a mobile device, you can proceed with your fingerprint or facial recognition, with the mobile device passcode or by logging into the wallet app. If you are using a PC, you can scan a QR code with your mobile phone to complete the transaction.

Apple Pay is available on compatible devices (iOs devices like iPad, iPhone and Mac) using the Safari browser.

If your device supports Apple Pay, this option will appear at checkout.

At the time of payment it is necessary to confirm the transaction by accessing with your login details.

Klarna allows you to pay for your order in monthly installments, safely and without interest.

Select the Klarna option and enter your debit, credit or prepaid card details. The process is as easy as paying with any card.

After receiving the order shipping confirmation, the first charge will be made. The other ones will occur every 30 days until the entire amount is paid off.

Affirm allows you to pay for your order in customisable installments.

Select the Affirm option and enter your debit, credit or prepaid card details. Decide on your installment system: you can choose to divide amount in monthly or biweekly interest-free payments. It is possible to select automatic payments, so as not to forget them.
