PAYMENT METHODS

The PayPal payment involves the use of your Paypal account. The charge will be made on your bank account or on the credit card linked to your Paypal account as per the methods set by the Company.
In case of failed payments, the order will be automatically canceled after 24 hours.

The following credit cards are accepted: Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, Diners Club and JCB.

Credit card payments allow reliable, confidential and secure transactions thanks to SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology.

Should you be asked to enter the Smart 3D-Secure Code (a security code linked to credit card payments) and you don't have it at hand, try contacting your bank's customer service to activate it.

If you enter the 3D Secure Code but the words "payment failed" or "invalid payment" appear, try to contact your bank to make sure everything is correct. If indeed everything is correct, do not attempt a second transaction, but contact our Customer Service for a further check.

With Link, you can save various payment methods as well as your shipping and billing information.

For your purchases, you will be able to select your preferred payment method. You will need to enter your email address and check your phone number. Then all your saved card or bank details and addresses will be filled in automatically.

You can manage and modify all your information within your Link personal account.

When paying with Google Pay Wallet, at checkout it is necessary to confirm the transaction by accessing with your login details.

If you are using a mobile device, you can proceed with your fingerprint or facial recognition, with the mobile device passcode or by logging into the wallet app. If you are using a PC, you can scan a QR code with your mobile phone to complete the transaction.

Apple Pay is available on compatible devices (iOs devices like iPad, iPhone and Mac) using the Safari browser.

If your device supports Apple Pay, this option will appear at checkout.

Affirm allows you to pay for your order in customisable installments.

Select the Affirm option and enter your debit, credit or prepaid card details. Decide on your installment system: you can choose to divide amount in monthly or biweekly interest-free payments. It is possible to select automatic payments, so as not to forget them.

Amazon Pay is an online payment service for Amazon customers.

When selecting Amazon Pay at checkout, you will be redirected to Amazon's website.

If you already have an Amazon account, the information and payment methods that are already stored in your personal Amazon account will be used for your purchase. Amazon Pay also offers you the possibility to split the payment and pay for your order in various installments.

Once the payment has been competed, Amazon will redirect you back to the website.

Afterpay allows you to split your payment into 4 interest-free installments or monthly installments over a 6 or 12-month period (available in the US only).

When selecting Afterpay at checkout, you will be automatically redirected to Afterpay's website. You will then have to agree to the terms of the payment plan and authorize the payment. Once authorized, you will be redirected to the store in order to complete the order.

If you choose the "Pay in 4" option, you will pay for your order in 4 or fewer bi-weekly installments without interest, over a 6-week period. On the other hand, if you are in the US, you may choose the "monthly installments" option which allows you to pay for your purchase over a 6 ot 12 month period, but this solution is not interest-free.

ACH Direct Debit is a payment system that allows you to pay for your order by providing your bank account details and is only available for customers with a US bank account.

When selecting ACH Direct Debit at checkout, you will sign into your bank account. You will then have to accept the debit mandate by completing the purchase and verify your account with micro-deposits or through instant verification.

You will be notified once the payment is complete. For standard settlement, this can take up to 4 business days. However, in the case of faster settlements - only available in the US -, this can take up to 2 business days.
