The black-painted iron lift mechanism includes a soft-close and synchronized system. Weighing 86 lbs, it provides excellent stability during everyday use. The top holds up to 33 lbs evenly distributed, while the storage compartment supports up to 220 lbs. Other items shown in the images are NOT included.
