At Mobili Fiver, we take pride in the quality of our products. All our items are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects and issues in materials or workmanship, valid for two (2) years from the date the product is delivered.

This limited warranty applies only to purchases made directly from Mobili Fiver and used under normal household conditions.

• Manufacturing defects: Flaws in materials or workmanship that become apparent within 24 months from delivery.
• Structural failure: Breakage or malfunction during normal use, provided the product was assembled correctly according to the included instructions.
• Damage during shipping: Defects caused by improper handling during transport. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery to be eligible.

• Misuse or abuse: Damage caused by improper use, negligence, impact, cuts, burns, damage from pets, or unauthorized modifications.
• Incorrect assembly: Issues resulting from failure to follow provided assembly instructions or using inappropriate tools/hardware.
• Wear and tear: Expected deterioration from normal use, such as scratches, stains, discoloration, or worn chair glides and pads.
• Sun or heat exposure: Damage due to prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, heat sources, or humidity.
• Chemical damage: Effects of aggressive cleaners or chemicals (e.g., solvents, paints, lacquers, ammonia).
• Water damage: Warping, swelling, or other issues caused by flooding, weather exposure, or high humidity.
• Improper transport: Damages from moving the product without original packaging.
• Indirect damage: Consequential damages or financial losses not directly caused by a product defect.

• This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
• It covers residential and commercial use, including indoor and outdoor settings, provided the furniture is used as intended and according to the product specifications.
• Improper use of the product such as exceeding recommended weight limits, failure to follow assembly instructions, or prolonged exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions will void the warranty.
• Any unauthorized repairs or alterations will void the warranty.

Provide your order number, photos of the issue, and a brief description. Our team will assess your claim and, if eligible, may offer replacement parts, a full replacement, or another appropriate solution at our discretion.

1-Year Extended Warranty

If you purchase the 1-Year Extended Warranty, it adds 12 months of additional coverage that mirrors the original limited warranty, starting from the end of the 2-year standard period.

The extended warranty is only available at the time of purchase and applies solely to the product it is bought for.

It provides peace of mind for a full 3 years from delivery (2 year limited + 1 years extended).

The exclusions are the same as those listed under "What Our Warranty Does NOT Cover" above. Extended coverage does not apply to misuse, accidental damage, or conditions beyond the intended use.

This warranty is provided in lieu of all other express warranties.Implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, arelimited to the durationof this limited warranty to the extent permitted by law.
