Whistleblowing
The Whistleblowing regulation concerns the protection of any person who reports wrongdoings (administrative, accounting, civil, criminal or regulatory breaches, both in the private and public sector) under Legislative Decree no. 24 of 10/03/2023 (Whistleblowing Decree), implementing EU Directive 2019/1937, namely people who report wrongdoings.
How to submit a report
A report can be submitted in two ways:
- Verbal report to the Evaluation Body
- Written report using the form available for download on this page
Upon receipt of the report, whistleblowers who have provided a contact channel will receive a delivery notification of their report. Once the report has been received, an acknowledgement of receipt will be issued within seven days from the date of receipt.
Reports based on mere hearsay or unreliable rumours will not be taken into consideration. With this in mind, reports should be as detailed as possible and provide as much information as possible, in order to allow the Company to carry out the necessary checks.
