In accordance with Directive 2019/771 EU, the legal warranty on Mobili Fiver products covers conformity defects that arise within 24 months of the delivery date. This warranty is valid provided the product is used in accordance with the instructions supplied and does not show damage caused by improper use, unauthorised modifications, or incorrect maintenance.

• Manufacturing or conformity defects: occurring within 24 months of product delivery;
• Replacement of the product or its defective parts: at Mobili Fiver's discretion;
• Issues relating to damage: to the product during transport. Transport damage must be reported within 14 days of receiving the product, otherwise the warranty will lapse.

• Improper use or negligence: damage resulting from impacts, scratches, cuts, burns, damage caused by animals, unauthorised modifications, or use of the product other than its intended purpose;
• Incorrect installation: damage resulting from assembly not carried out correctly or without the use of appropriate hardware;
• Wear and tear damage: deterioration caused by normal use (including wear of rubber feet and felt pads on chairs and tables), including scratches, stains, or marks from daily use;
• Exposure to sunlight or heat: damage to materials caused by prolonged exposure to sunlight or heat sources;
• Damage caused by chemical agents: damage caused by unsuitable cleaning products or chemicals such as solvents, paints, lacquers, or ammonia;
• Damage caused by prolonged contact with water: flooding, weather conditions, or excessive humidity;
• Improper transport: damage resulting from transporting the product without its original packaging or with damaged packaging;
• Indirect damage: damage and losses of any kind not directly related to manufacturing defects.

Pursuant to Art. 11 of the Directive: defects incompatible with the nature of the goods or with the nature of the conformity defect are excluded.

To make use of the warranty, contact our customer service here on the Support page. Mobili Fiver will assess the product to determine whether the issue is covered by the warranty. If so, we will replace the product or its parts at our discretion.

If the 36-month warranty extension is purchased, this additional warranty covers exactly what is covered by the legal warranty, under the same conditions, for a period of 36 months from the end of the legal warranty period provided by law. The extended warranty can only be purchased at the time of the product purchase (and applies to the individual product for which it is purchased).

The warranty extension does not cover damage caused by improper use, unauthorised modifications, or damage resulting from accidents, incorrect transport, exposure to extreme environmental conditions, or other cases specified in the "What is not covered by the legal warranty" section above.

The warranty lapses in the following cases:

• Product modified or repaired without authorisation: any intervention not approved by Mobili Fiver will void the coverage;
• Non-compliant use: if the product has been used in a manner different from the instructions provided;
• Accidental damage.
