What types of returns do we accept?

We accept returns for damaged items, and in case you are not satisfied with your purchase.


How can you return products?

You can return the goods independently (to: Mobili Fiver - Via A. Manzoni, 27 - 33080 Prata di Pordenone (PN) Italia - support@mobilifiver.com), providing us with tracking of the return shipment, or we will organize the return for you: we’ll take care of both the shipping and the choice of courier. It is necessary that the goods are brought to street level to proceed with the return.

How will I receive the return labels?

We will send you the return labels immediately after we have organised the shipment. We kindly ask you to download the PDF, print it out and hand-deliver it to the carrier.


How much time do you have to return a product?

You have the right to cancel this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.


How should the product be presented for return?

The goods must be returned new, undamaged and in their original packaging.

What are the return costs?

In case of a defective product, the return is free of charge. If you are not satisfied with the product, the costs will be charged to you. Our Customer Service will inform you of the amount.
