What types of returns do we accept?

We accept returns for damaged items or if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

How can you return a product?

You can return the item independently (by sending it to: Mobili Fiver - Via A. Manzoni, 27 - 33080 Prata di Pordenone (PN) Italy - support@mobilifiver.com), providing us with the return shipment tracking number; or we will organise the return for you: we will take care of both the shipment and the choice of courier. The goods must be brought to street level for the return to be processed.

How you will receive the return label:

We will send you the return label as soon as the shipment has been arranged. We kindly ask you to download the PDF, print it and hand it directly to the relevant courier.

How long do you have to return a product?

The maximum deadline is thirty (30) days from the delivery of the goods.

What condition must the product be in for a return?

The goods must be returned new, intact and in the original packaging.

Are restocking fees applied?

No, no fees are applied.

How much do return costs amount to?

If the product is faulty, the return is free of charge. In the case of dissatisfaction, the costs will be borne by the customer. Our Customer Service team will inform you of the amount.
