Production Process

Nuova collezione primavera

During our production process we focus on three key characteristics

Materials, quality and Industry 4.0

Materials

Some of the panels we use are made from fir and poplar sourced from Italian forests, while the rest come from recycled panels, in line with a circular economy.

Quality

We pay attention to every detail of our production process, from design through to the packaging of our furniture.

Industry 4.0

We invest daily in various machinery that allows us to optimise the production process, making it simpler and faster.

Materials

The choice of our materials is fundamental to us as direct manufacturers of our furniture. Some of the high quality panels we use to make our furniture are composed of a mix of fir and poplar and come from Italian forests. The others are made from recycled panels, supporting the development of a circular economy.

Our panels are made from melamine faced material. This means they are coated with melamine paper to allow the creation of distinctive and refined finishes. Even in our choice of materials, we think about the finished product and how it will fit into your home decor!

Quality

We place great importance on quality and pay attention to every detail of our production process, from design through to packaging. We design each piece of furniture as if it were destined for our own home, with the aim of creating furniture that is sturdy, practical and functional, without compromising on a consistently current and refined design.

We follow trends to offer solutions that add character to spaces, maintaining coherence between shapes, finishes and style. The result is furniture designed to look good, be easy to live with and built to last.

Industry 4.0

Industry 4.0 refers to the digitalisation of production processes in order to increase their efficiency. These new technologies have been in place at our company since 2017 and allow us to optimise processes, reduce waste and significantly increase our productivity.

How does it work?

Once the product to be made has been identified, the operator launches the sequence and equipment setup via a MES platform that allows the management of the production department to be computerised and controlled. This Industry 4.0 technology therefore offers the possibility of automating the production process. Of course, we pay close attention to every detail and for this reason all our processes are still monitored by an operator.
