HOW DO WE MAKE OUR FURNITURE?
We are not only an e-commerce, but we also produce our own products. We focus a lot on quality, we take care of every detail of our manufacturing process, from the design to the packaging of our furniture.
Our manufacturing process is designed to be effective and of high quality. We have invested in machinery that has allowed us to optimise it, making it easier and faster. Our employees are constantly trained and this allows them to maximise the efficiency of the equipment.

MATERIALS
The choice of our materials is essential for us since we are the direct manufactures of our furnishings. A part of the high-quality panels that we use to make our furniture are made from a mix of fir and poplar and come from Italian forests. The others are composed of recycled panels instead, and therefore come from the development of a circular economy.
Our panels are in melamine material. This means that they are covered with melamine paper and this allows us to create particular and refined finishes. Even when choosing our materials, we think about the finished product and how it will integrate into your home decor!

INDUSTRY 4.0
Industry 4.0 refers to the digitisation of the manufacturing processes in order to increase their efficiency. These new technologies have been present in the Company since 2017 and allow us to optimise processes, reduce waste and significantly increase our productivity.
How does it work?
After identifying the product to be made, the operator launches the sequence and tooling of the plant machinery through the use of a MES platform that allows the management computerisation and the control of the manufacturing department. This 4.0 technology therefore offers the possibility of automating the production process. Obviously, we pay attention to every detail and for this reason all our processes are still controlled by an operator.
