If you prefer to pay by bank transfer
Payment by bank transfer means that the order will be processed and shipped only after the payment has been successfully received.
Before making the bank transfer, you must confirm the order by clicking on “Complete Order”.
You will be able to view the bank details once you complete the order, or in the order confirmation email by clicking the button to review your order.
The bank transfer will be considered valid only if the payment is credited within 3 working days from the date the order is placed (otherwise, the order will be automatically cancelled).

Payment must be made immediately so that we can reserve the item for you.
The reasons why your credit card is not accepted are not down to us.
It may be due to the following reasons:
- The customer did not complete the payment and left the payment page.
- The card has reached its transaction limit.
- The 3D Secure authentication request has expired or failed.
- The customer cancelled the payment.
- The customer's bank declined the payment.
- The payment is suspected to be fraudulent (e.g. payment with a stolen card).
- The card details are incorrect (card number, expiry date or CVV).
- The transaction was interrupted.
