When placing an order, during user registration, you must enter your billing details and Tax Code. If billing details or Tax Code are NOT entered at the time of purchase, it will NOT be possible to amend the invoice once it has been issued.
Please note: the details of the account holder (invoice recipient) must match the details of the account used for payment (bank account or card).
>> If you wish to pay by Bank Transfer, you must include the Order Number in the payment reference (the number shown in the order confirmation email).
In this case, the process is as follows: place your order on the website and select Bank Transfer as the payment method.
We will wait for the funds to arrive in our account (usually within 2 to 3 days) and then dispatch the items (according to the date shown on the product page). On the next working day after receiving the transfer, you will receive a fiscal invoice by email.
A "dedicated" bank transfer is no longer required, as confirmed by the Italian Revenue Agency (a standard bank transfer is sufficient).
>> If you wish to pay by Credit Card or PayPal, proceed with your order and complete the payment immediately. The invoice will be sent following receipt of payment (within 2 days). Items will be dispatched according to the date shown on the product page at the time of ordering.
>> If you wish to pay with Scalapay or Klarna, proceed with your order and pay the first instalment immediately; the invoice will follow. In this case, you will need to present both the invoice issued by us and a bank statement showing the instalment charges to the tax authorities.
!!PLEASE NOTE!!
The invoice you receive will NOT include any specific wording (adding "Furniture Bonus" to the invoice is optional, NOT a legal requirement).
For the Furniture Bonus, a dedicated bank transfer is NO longer required, as confirmed by the Italian Revenue Agency: "If payment is made by bank transfer, it is not necessary to use the one (subject to withholding tax) specifically set up by banks and Poste S.p.a. for building renovation expenses" (page 6 of the Italian Revenue Agency guide).
